Let's all pause a moment and reflect on the future

We are merely witnessing the wisdom of mankind as we see that wisdom in the pollution and raped resources of this age.

We witness the pitiless endeavor of science as it coldly predicts that there is more data needed while promoting an atheist world view.

Mankind's wisdom is here in a polarizing partisanship of noneffective government.

Walmart is the wisdom of low prices and the lowest common denominator.

If you are relying on an altruistic effort to save us then you will not find it in the practice of our collective knowledge as we are all the prophets of doom.
 
As we turn away from the Wisdom of a Higher Power I choose to call God we turn to our collective wisdom also known as the seduction of the fruit of the tree of knowledge.

As a person who works nights I get to listen to a lot of Talk Radio.  The united front of most of the host I frequent has been a negativity to Senator McCain.  How divided is the big tent of conservatism right now?  I wonder what will happen to some of these radio personalities when they have to carry the water for a conservative presidential candidate they feel is a RINO.

To me there is certainly a chance that we could loose the election but in my mind any Conservative is going to be able to win if they can just hammer in the facts and keep this nation focused on things like reality...

I don't see the George Bush legacy as one that is overwhelmingly conservative and yet I would vote for him again regardless of the things I disagree with regarding his effectiveness.

I know that McCain is going to anger me and that is ok as long as he can do something that I think is important.  The most important thing right now is to stop the political divide that is going to tear this nation apart.  Never has there been such a cult of liberal Bush hatred as is activated by the Leftist Ideologues.

If McCain can be a President that really ticks me off as well as the other side in a process of making the hard changes that this country needs to do regarding things like Islamic Terror to Social Security and true broad Tax reform then we will all be lucky.  McCain may only be a one term President but if he will do the hard things that require leadership in a grave time of need then I will take my anger and go vote for him.  There can be no alternative to a strong policy regarding Islam and it's effort to bring down this so called paper tiger we all love and pledge allegiance to.

Atheism needs proof that it is a benefit.

 

Atheism does not have Behavioral science on its side unless you want to point to a successful civilization that is lacking in any theism.  Secularization is flawed and not logical when general human behavior is considered.  The logic of a genetic determinism is flawed as there can be no way to prove it unless Mankind suddenly rejects religiousness spontaneously.  A moral system that is self perpetuating without any higher power to impose direction has yet to be proven effective in large societal settings.  The pure pursuit of scientific method will not explain all things and not all logic is axiomatic without latter revision as understanding changes.

 

When I talked of Zero it is a number that means a lack of numerical value.  You are correct to point out that there is no argument on opinion.  I simply state my feeling that Atheism is zero or a religion with no numerical value but still represents and is called a number.

 

Entropy...  If you feel that things are getting worse and religion is to blame then look at all the glorious secularization that is around us all.  It is in School the Court House and the Halls of Popular Media.  The Roman Empire tried it's best to defeat Christianity and it had the best chance for a Philosophy/Logic driven society.  Yet it fell and still lives today as the Holy Roman Empire with the Pope as its emperor.  We are again surrounded by entropy as the clash of instincts in conflict sap away at the order of things.

 

There is no absolute freedom.  If you are free to do anything you want then you are your own god and the life span of the body is your eternity.

There is discussion of starting an Anti-Islamofascist Coalition much like the anti-communist movement of the recent past. This is a worthy thing to go forward with. I would like to think that the moderate practitioners of Islam should be in the front line to recapture the peace aspiration of there religion.

Just as there are still communist governments in existence today there would be no prohibition of Islam only the Islamofascist embodied in the ideal of Osama Bin Laden and other fundamentalist who want a conversion by sword. There is a fair compromise in a moderate Islamic world who practices it's all encompassing philosophy expressed in the five pillars of Islam. The Shahadah should act as a testimony of a people living together in a world of many religions with out failing to recognize that they believe there's is the only true faith. Testimony of faith is best practiced by attraction not sword.

What I know of Islam is like the contents of a thimble yet there is a comedie humaine that calls for the coexistence of all Gods creation. The willful indiscriminate destruction fomented by the Islamofascist terror pogrom is the threat we face today. I would posit that it is also the greatest threat to the religion of Islam. Moderate Islam needs a Martin Luther like reform of it’s religion.

This world struggles for and against modernity. The Crescent War is part of that struggle for hearts and minds. Where do you find yourself and your aspirations in context of this jihad?

 

As I have blogged in the past about my experience with stumbleupon.com and it’s cadre of what I call cultist liberals there is one who stands out.  She purports to be an esteemed journalist with her own website http://www.couplescompany.com.  It is Funny how the main political issue on her mind is the Palestinian Israeli conflict.

 

As Palestinians are an oppressed economically challenged group she weaves a thread of truth into her ideological poison.  Often she refers to things such as ‘the lobby’ in her diatribes on Zionism.  One would get the idea that Israel is a racist apartheid group of all powerful demons.  She will profess fealty and love for ‘True Torah Jews’ and how Sephardic Jews will not recognize Israel until the Messiah makes his first coming.  She feels there are Zionist at every turn and we need to embrace the cause of the freedom fighters I like to call terrorist.

 

While I am not an apologist for all actions on the part of Israel, I do feel it is incumbent to continue to support Israel.  The reason is clear.  They belong there.  I think the Palestinians could belong as well in a two state nation of coexistence. There seems to be and interesting ouroboros of intractability where every atrocity is documented and sometime embellished for posterity.  Both sides are guilty to one extent or another.  What I see is that one side has given land and would give land for peace.  The other side wants to beat there chest about the deep wounds that can not be forgiven.  If it had to come down to an eye for an eye than I think there would be many one eyed Israelis and quite a mass of blind Palestinians.

 

I like to use the word coexistence in a true desire that there is peace in the Middle East.  Yet after all the blood on both sides what would that look like?
